Our 100% Cotton or All Organic Cotton Zabuton meditation mat cushions your ankles and legs during sitting meditation and is the base for a Meditation Zafu cushion or meditation bench. Used together the Zafu or Bench the Zabuton makes sitting meditation easier on the knees, ankles and back and is more comfortable for hard or cold surfaces. Our Cotton Zabuton mat is handmade in the USA from unbleached cotton fabric, stuffed with natural cotton batting and hand tufted. Add a washable Zabuton Cover to protect the mat. Bean Products also offers several Organic Cotton covers in fabulous colors and even an option of 100% organic cotton batting for the inner zabuton cushion. Handmade in the USA.
